House in Nayón
Team: Juan Tohme, Dolores Poggi
Cliente: Private
This two-story residence redefines contemporary elegance through a black vertical wood envelope, creating a sober and powerful presence within a carefully designed green setting. The volumetric interplay of clean lines and strategically placed voids allows for a continuous visual integration between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen and dining areas are located on the ground floor, where a palette of dark tones and matte textures is contrasted with light wood, achieving a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The openness toward the garden enhances the connection with the outdoors and enables a fluid, light-filled way of living. This project represents an architecture that, without excess, conveys solidity, refinement, and spatial precision.
