La Floresta Building

Team: Juan Tohme, Milena Gómez Luxen, Francisco Lezama, Federico Paz

Client: Private

This project proposes a contemporary intervention with clean lines and an orthogonal composition within the urban fabric. The main façade is defined by a white grid of great formal sobriety, framing generous glass surfaces that allow a direct relationship between interior and exterior.

The building’s volumetry is organized into horizontal bands that accommodate flexible programs—offices or residential units, depending on the user’s needs. The interiors, visible from the street, reflect a minimalist aesthetic, enhanced by neutral materials and carefully designed lighting.

At street level, the perimeter enclosure ensures privacy without compromising transparency on the upper floors. The integration of vegetation and terraces introduces a green respite within the dense urban context.

It is a building that prioritizes efficiency, functional elegance, and a discreet yet strong presence in the city.
